What certifications come with each product?↓
Each product comes with its relevant certifications — BPOM Indonesia, ECOCERT, USDA Organic, Halal MUI, or Kosher as applicable. Certificate of Analysis (CoA), MSDS, and origin documentation are available on request for all products.
Do you ship internationally?↓
Yes. We ship from Jakarta to the USA, EU, UK, Australia, Middle East, and most global markets. We handle export documentation including phytosanitary certificates where required.
Do you offer private label or custom packaging?↓
Yes, for commercial volume orders (10 litre+ for oils, 50kg+ for botanicals). We can supply in your branded packaging, bulk containers, or help you source compliant packaging for export markets.
What is your lead time?↓
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days for in-stock products. Bulk or custom orders may require 2–4 weeks. Expedited shipping is available for urgent requirements at additional cost.
Which platform should I use — Faire or Ankorstore?↓
If you are based in the US, Canada, or Australia — use Faire. If you are based in Europe (EU, UK, Scandinavia) — Ankorstore is the better fit as it supports your local currency and language. For all other markets, or for bulk/custom orders, contact us directly.
